Titan Power was seeking a US partner to co-develop industrial and mixed-use projects in the US.  BTG is a highly successful real estate development and construction company in Beijing, China that is diversifying activities through investments in the US and Asia.

Results
Janko Group executed a joint venture with Titan Power in October 2018.  The first project will be a 137,640 SF. industrial warehouse building on an 8.0-acre site in Rock Run Business Park, Joliet, IL.  The project was completed in 2019, subsequently leased in 2020, and sold in 2021. Proceeds were escrowed in a 1031 account and later invested into a spec warehouse in Houston.
