Results
In a competitive bid situation, Janko Group and affiliate Peak Construction won the build-to-suit development assignment based on: quality of team; Janko Group’s track record; and by offering the lowest rental rate, accomplished by a pre-sale to an institutional buyer. The property was sold in January 2014.
