Janko Hospitality operates the hotels Janko Group and affiliates develop and acquire. Founded in 1999, Janko Hospitality is a Chicago-based operator of upscale, extended-stay and select-service hotels throughout the Midwest. The firm, since its inception, has managed 23 hotels and has played an active role in the development or redevelopment of each property. Currently, Janko Hospitality manages hotels in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana. The portfolio includes a variety of hotel types, including properties operating under the brands of Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, Marriott, LaQuinta, Choice, and Best Western.

Founded in 2010 as a vehicle to monetize more than 500 residential lots purchased from distressed sellers following the 2007 financial crisis, the Meritus team brought decades of combined homebuilding expertise to Janko Group from major homebuilders. Today, Meritus continues to be grounded in the efficient and proven practices of a large-scale builder, while also embracing the hands-on, personalized approach of a local, private company. Peak Construction Corporation is a privately held, well-capitalized design-build firm, based in Chicago with a national reach. Celebrating its 20th Anniversary, the firm has delivered office, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, retail, multi-family, and specialty commercial construction projects for high-profile clients like Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods, Sunstar, DHL, Holiday Inn, Hyatt, and Marriott.
