Arlington Heights Road), and an approximate 7-acre (net of wetlands) vacant development parcel. Results
Leases have been extended and new leases were added in a challenging leasing market. Value on the vacant land parcel has increased through wetland mitigation.  The infrastructure improvements on Thorndale related to the western access to O’Hare Airport are expected to accelerate leasing and investment exit over the next couple of years.
