Opportunity
A former nine-hole golf course, comprising 37-acres of land, was acquired in December of 2007 and entitled for 189 residential units targeting the empty nester market. Janko Group purchased the land at a discount, and planned for a long-term hold until the right moment of economic opportunity.
Results
The project was recently entitled for 87 maintenance free, age-targeted homes for empty nesters, plus 8-acres for multi-family. Meritus Homes, a Janko Group affiliate, broke ground on 44 homes in April 2017.
