DHL, the world’s largest logistics company, chose Rosemont, IL as the location of its Innovation Center to serve both North and South America.  DHL only has two other innovation centers in the world, located in Singapore, Malaysia and Bonn, Germany.

Results
Janko Group, in partnership with Braden Real Estate, was selected to develop the build-to-suit project. Janko successfully secured the desired site, revised the subdivision’s Reciprocal Easement Agreements and managed the design/construction process.   Janko also received Village project approvals and TID incentives for the project.  DHL is expected to exercise its option to purchase the property.
