A 150-acre future development parcel in Bristol, Wisconsin was acquired in March 2007 via a 1031 exchange, as a long-term hold with future development potential. This parcel is in the path of growth for many reasons, including the recently-completed widening of I-94 between Chicago’s O’Hare Airport and Milwaukee.  Additionally, the site sits one-half mile west of the first four-way intersection north of the Illinois border, adjacent to Abbott Lab's 500 acre future development parcel, to Uline’s $100 million corporate headquarters and expansion that will double their office space, and six miles from the recently-completed Amazon warehouse. 

In June 2016, the Bristol Village Board entered into a Memorandum of Understanding supporting big box industrial development, which sets the stage for a Tax Increment District to pay for offsite improvements. This is positive news for zoning and utilities to the site and provides a runway for development.  We are working with several users as potential tenants for a 2017 or 2018 construction start.
