Gary has personally arranged more than $2.5 billion of financing with the largest life insurance companies, pension funds, banks, and other commercial lending institutions. In 1991, he began his career as an entrepreneur and risk taker by acquiring properties. By the end of the decade, he further diversified by branching into the development of quality suburban office parks, business parks, and industrial facilities on both a speculative and build-to-suit basis. He has since continued to broaden his scope of product to include residential, retail, and hospitality investments. To support these activities, Gary has an ownership interest in three operating companies: construction, homebuilding and hospitality management.
