Country Club Manor, Addison

Janko Group purchased approximately 38.24 acres of land located at the Northwest corner of Army Trail and Mill Road at 19W250, 19W324, and 19W304 West Army Trail Road, more commonly known as the Addison Golf Course. The property is situated approximately 1.5 miles east of Interstate 355, 2.5 miles south of Interstate 290 and 5.5 miles west of Interstate 294.

The land will be master-planned as a residential subdivision consisting of thirty one (31) single family homes, fifty eight (58) duplexes and two condominium buildings consisting of fifty (50) units each. The Janko Group envisions this valuable, infill location as a great opportunity to provide Addison an Age-Targeted Community.

Vision Statement: To create an age-targeted community that…

  1. Provides local active adults the opportunity to remain in their community, near family and social life they have become used to over the years. Janko Group will market the buyer who wants to downsize in the amount of square feet of a home, but do not want downsize in the quality of living.

  2. Provides a maintenance free lifestyle for the mature adult. This buyer will not have to worry about cutting the grass, shoveling snow, or trimming bushes.

  3. Allows its residents to relocate as their housing needs change within this development. This development offers three distinct product types with three different square footages all at three different price points.

  4. Protects the natural beauty of the existing land. The current land plan utilizes the existing topography of the site by creating lookout and walkout options on the homes. The configuration of the site plan limits the wetland impacts and floodway impacts. The orientation of the lots and streets are intended to preserve a vast amount of the existing trees on site.

  5. Inspires interaction between neighbors by doing things as: front porches, pocket parks, sidewalks closer to the homes, trail systems, benches, gazebos, bocce ball, exercise rooms and community center located in the condominium buildings.
